Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage assigned healthcare provider accounts and patient cases within a defined geographic region, advancing patient access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

The role serves as a strategic reimbursement resource for providers, office staff, and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The RRN collaborates with Sales, Market Access, HUB partners, and other stakeholders to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in field reimbursement, patient access and reimbursement, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, reimbursement support, and pull-through.
• Educate healthcare providers and staff on reimbursement processes, coverage pathways, and patient support services.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access issues and develop strategies to facilitate patient access within policies.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and denied claims.
• Serve as the local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and regional leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to optimize patient access and customer support.
• Document interactions and maintain records within approved company systems.
• Operate in compliance with company policies, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
