Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in pharma/biotech industry.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement in the defined territory.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes and programs.
• Analyze reimbursement challenges and develop strategies to improve access.
• Coordinate with HUB and specialty pharmacy for enrollment, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Serve as local reimbursement expert for Sales and regional leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans to optimize patient access and support.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, patient support partners, and internal teams.
• Document interactions and maintain records per company systems.
• Operate in compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Travel within territory within guidelines.
