Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage healthcare provider accounts and patient cases in a defined geographic region, driving access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

The role collaborates with Sales, Market Access, HUB, and approved partners to execute territory strategies while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will educate providers on reimbursement pathways, analyze complex access issues, and advance patient

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in field reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharma roles.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and patient access challenges.

Aufgaben

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes, coverage pathways, and patient support programs.
• Analyze complex reimbursement issues and develop strategies to improve access.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners for enrollment, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Serve as local reimbursement expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans with stakeholders to optimize access.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Identify barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access and customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Operate in compliance with policies and regulations.
