Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage provider accounts and patient cases within a defined territory, driving patient access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

The role collaborates with Sales, Market Access, HUB partners, and other stakeholders to execute territory strategies while ensuring compliance. The RRN will educate providers on reimbursement processes, resolve coverage challenges, and work cross-functionally to optimize access and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in field reimbursement, patient access, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and office staff on reimbursement processes and programs.
• Analyze reimbursement issues and develop strategies to facilitate access.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment and prior authorizations.
• Serve as the local reimbursement expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans to optimize patient access and customer support.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, patient support partners, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access.
• Document interactions and maintain records in approved systems.
• Operate in compliance with company policies, privacy, and regulations.
• Manage business travel and expenses within guidelines.
