Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage assigned healthcare provider accounts and patient cases, within a defined geographic region, to advance patient access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

The RRN serves as a strategic reimbursement resource to providers and internal stakeholders by delivering approved reimbursement education, facilitating patient access, resolving coverage challenges, and supporting patient case pull-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, or related areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, reimbursement support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers, office staff, and partners on reimbursement processes and programs.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access issues and develop strategies to facilitate patient access within policy.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, and case management.
• Serve as the local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans with stakeholders to optimize patient access.
• Build collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, pharmacies, patient support partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Operate in full compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Manage business travel and expenses.
