Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) to manage provider accounts and patient cases across a defined region, advancing access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• At least three (3) years in field reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and payer coverage.
• Ability to analyze complex reimbursement and access challenges.
• Residency in assigned territory and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, reimbursement support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on reimbursement processes and approved patient services.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access issues and develop appropriate strategies.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Serve as the local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to optimize patient access and customer support.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, patient support partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
