Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• At least seven years in pharma/biotech.
• At least three years in field reimbursement or related areas.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and patient access.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, support, and pull-through.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes and pathways.
• Analyze reimbursement and access challenges to develop strategies.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners for patient enrollment and prior authorizations.
• Serve as local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to optimize patient access and support.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, patient support partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions.
