Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement or patient access programs.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes and coverage pathways.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access challenges to facilitate patient access.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners on enrollment and prior authorizations.
• Serve as local reimbursement expert for Sales and Market Access leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans to optimize patient access and support.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions.
