Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage healthcare provider accounts and patient cases across a defined territory, advancing patient access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

The RRN serves as a strategic reimbursement resource across Sales, Market Access, specialty pharmacy, HUB partners, and internal stakeholders to execute territory strategies while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.
• Minimum three (3) years in field reimbursement, patient access, or related areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex reimbursement and patient access challenges.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and patient support services.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and have valid driver's license for travel.

Responsabilités

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, reimbursement support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers, office staff, and partners on reimbursement processes and programs.
• Analyze reimbursement issues and develop strategies to improve access within policy.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners for enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Serve as local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans to optimize access and support.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, patient support partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify barriers and implement compliant solutions to enhance access and experience.
• Document interactions and maintain records in approved systems.
• Operate in compliance with policies, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage travel and expenses within company guidelines.
