Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive railing material revenue in the Raleigh/Charlotte markets. This remote role focuses on servicing current accounts while acquiring new dealers and contractors across North Carolina.

You will travel up to 50% within the territory, present to contractors, and collaborate with product teams on pricing and new product rollouts, with a compensation package including base salary and bonuses.

Qualificações

• 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in railing or building-materials.
• Ability to design, quote and price custom fence or railing projects.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed sales revenue and profitability targets in assigned territory.
• Act as product, industry and brand expert for prospects and customers.
• Grow the market by managing existing accounts and adding new dealers/contractors.
• Travel within territory to target new customers and develop markets; attend events.
• Generate demand through presentations and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with inside sales and product teams on pricing and rollout.
