Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to drive promotion of our psychiatry portfolio across Findlay / Toledo East, OH. You will implement sales strategies, develop opportunities, and maintain key relationships with customers, payers, and institutions.

You will use clinical knowledge to address needs, navigate reimbursement, and stay compliant with industry regulations and Lundbeck policies. Travel up to 30–40% is expected across the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease/product training exams and stay certified.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and execute sales/marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to drive sales.
• Apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities in the territory.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues with Lundbeck resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
