Lundbeck seeks a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio in Findlay / Toledo East, OH. You will execute sales strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance, while building relationships and navigating payer access dynamics.

The role requires at least 2+ years in healthcare sales, a 40-mile radius living requirement, and strong communication. Travel up to 30–40% domestically and a robust benefits package awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required for continued employment with Lundbeck.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio and drive sales performance.
• Use data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy and tactics, and allocate resources.
• Deliver messages clearly to customers, probe needs, handle objections, and close with a commitment to action.
• Build and maintain productive relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals.
• Gather and validate market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Address payer access issues and reimbursement dynamics using Lundbeck resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
