Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to promote our psychiatry portfolio across Findlay/Toledo East, OH. You will lead sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and apply clinical knowledge to drive performance in a rapidly changing marketplace.

You will navigate reimbursement and regulatory requirements while prioritizing compliant, evidence-based messaging. Travel up to 30–40% domestically is expected, with a national range and a competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Certified on product knowledge annually.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies.
• Use data-based insights to develop strategy and tactics.
• Deliver messages to customers and close calls with action commitments.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and facilities.
• Apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
