Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to promote our neuroscience portfolio across Findlay, Toledo East and surrounding areas. You will implement sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge to drive growth in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, a BA/BS, and proven ability to build relationships, analyze data, and work within regulatory requirements. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of the psychiatry portfolio and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Apply data-based insights to develop strategy & tactics and allocate resources to maximize sales.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs.
• Gather market trends and therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities and drive growth.
