Job summary

Luye Pharma is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to build relationships with healthcare professionals across Orlando, Melbourne, Daytona Beach, Gainesville, Jacksonville and nearby areas. Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech or healthcare.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or hospital/institutional experience preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approvals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts.
• Succeed in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with field colleagues to support customers in the defined geography.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Plan territory activity and ensure regular coverage per action plan.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy in the area.
