Job summary
The Emily Program is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to cultivate and manage referring provider relationships across a designated territory. Remote-based role with 70-90% travel within the assigned territory, including Dallas, TX, and requires permanent residence in TX.
Starting salary range is $95,000-$125,000 with an uncapped incentive plan and final compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Valid S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, psychology, or social work preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication with colleagues and referral sources.
- Analyze territory and develop a comprehensive outreach plan to win back business.
- Execute quarterly and annual business development plans in the designated territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to build partnerships.
- Develop new referral channels and attend conferences/events.
