Job summary

Nourish, Inc. is se eking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow our provider referral network in the Phoenix East Valley.

This field-based, 5-days-per-week role focuses on building strong relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition care referrals. You will report to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-growing team transforming healthcare through better nutrition access.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare or high-performance environments.
• Proven track record of meeting goals and driving results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in your local market.
• Spend five days per week in the field meeting with providers within a 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office staff.
• Prospect into new offices and establish referral partnerships.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and improve processes.
