Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory across North San Diego, partnering with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff. This field-based role emphasizes relationship-building, new business development, and long-term account growth to drive insurance-covered nutrition care referrals.

You will spend most weeks in the field, reporting to a Regional Manager, and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment focused on scalable growth,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare or high-performance environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in the local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with providers within a ~1-hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office staff.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from scratch.
