Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow our provider referral territory in the Phoenix area. This field-based role focuses on relationship-building with primary care physicians, specialists, and administrators to drive insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You will spend most of your time in the field, 5 days a week, traveling within a 1-hour radius, reporting to a Regional Manager and helping scale Nourish’s network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, healthcare, or high-performance environments.
• Track record of hitting goals and exceeding expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to spend most of your week in the field; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend five days per week in the field meeting with providers within a ~1-hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and admins.
• Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and follow-up.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce and collaborate with leadership.
