Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in the Northwest Arkansas region. You will spend most of your time in the field building trust with primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition care referrals.

This role combines relationship-building with new business development and long-term account growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with field-based work.
• Proven ability to build trust and grow accounts over time.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within approx. 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and strategic planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
