Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to help grow a provider referral territory in the San Jose area. This field-based role focuses on building partnerships with healthcare providers and their teams to drive patient referrals to Nourish and improve access to nutrition care.

You will spend most of your time in the field meeting with primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff, building trust, and expanding referral volume.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, or similar high-performance environments.
• Track record of meeting goals and driving results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in the local market.
• Spend majority of time in the field meeting with providers and staff.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office managers.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships.
