Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow our provider referral network through field-based relationship development with primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams. This role emphasizes trust-building, strategic territory growth, and consistent in-person engagement to drive insurance-covered nutrition care referrals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or other high-performance environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of coachability and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within a 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management and strategic territory planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
