Job summary

System One seeks a Sales Representative - Business Development to drive Clover adoption among SMBs in an assigned territory. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, supported by on-site demos and ongoing relationship management with business bankers and clients.

Industry experience in Merchant Services or Payment Solutions is a plus; top performers self-source opportunities and exceed quotas through strong execution and a self-starter mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to self-source leads and manage a full sales cycle.
• Strong relationship-building with business bankers and clients.
• Experience in Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, or payroll/HRO vendors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new Clover platform deals in assigned territory.
• Perform on-site product demos and presentations to SMBs.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline; own quota and KPI attainment.
• Collaborate with partner banks to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Self-source opportunities and convert leads into signed contracts.
