Job summary

This field-based role at AbbVie requires you to live within a reasonable distance from the primary city and to execute brand strategy and tactics in the field. You will drive sales performance, manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, and build strong relationships with customers to place patients at the center of AbbVie’s efforts.

You will develop call plans, meet KPIs, and continuously gather market insights to sharpen brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in pharma/health industry, with 3+ years in sales preferred.
• Demonstrates product and competitive knowledge and strong business acumen.
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and coverage with key accounts.
• Share market insights with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers.
