Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to drive product adoption across a defined territory in Florida, partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client. You will develop a territory business plan, engage physicians and healthcare professionals, and influence prescribing decisions through clinical and managed-care insights.

The role emphasizes relationship development, call productivity, and maximizing customer engagement while aligning with nationwide sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory boundaries.
• Desirable disease area experience (respiratory, immunology, diabetes).
• Demonstrated track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand.
