Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to join a nationwide team covering an assigned territory in Florida. You will promote our client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals, build lasting relationships, and develop strategic plans to influence patient care decisions.

In this role you will leverage clinical data and managed care knowledge to tailor discussions, achieve territory goals, and travel as needed including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years' pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote client's products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships to enhance brand loyalty and prescribing.
• Use a defined selling model to maximize commitment on each call and impact territory results.
• Customize conversations with physicians based on their clinical needs and evidence.
