Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based sales professional to manage an assigned territory within a nationwide team, partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client. You will develop a territory business plan, promote products, and drive prescribing decisions.

You will build long-lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, leveraging clinical knowledge and managed care insights to tailor conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance company and product loyalty.
• Utilize selling model to maximize commitment on every call and influence territory engagement results.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult and tailor discussions to physician needs.
