Syneos Health is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our nationwide team and manage an assigned territory in California. You will partner with a leading pharmaceutical client and drive prescribing decisions through proactive physician engagement.

The role emphasizes territory planning, relationship-building with influential customers, and applying a defined selling model to maximize coverage. Travel including overnights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand presence.
• Utilize defined selling model to maximize commitment on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult with physicians based on their needs.
