Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover a nationwide territory and work with a leading pharmaceutical client.

The role focuses on promoting products to physicians and healthcare professionals while developing effective territory business plans. You will build relationships with influential customers, apply a standard selling model, and leverage clinical and managed care knowledge to tailor discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales, or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory boundaries or be able to reside in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Use defined selling model to maximize commitment on every call and drive territory engagement.
• Leverage clinical studies and managed care knowledge to tailor discussions to customer needs.
