Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Greenville, NC is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team and manage an assigned territory. You will promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals, develop a territory business plan, and influence prescribing decisions.

You will build relationships with influential customers, leverage clinical study knowledge, and travel as needed to cover territory.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business to business sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance company and product loyalty.
• Utilize defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call to impact territory engagement results.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and maintain customer relationships; customize discussions with physicians based on their needs.
