Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory. You will promote products to physicians and healthcare professionals, build relationships, and influence prescribing decisions.

Role requires at least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success (desired).

Responsibilities

• Promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to influence prescribing decisions.
• Utilize the defined selling model to maximize commitment on every call.
• Leverage clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and maintain customer relationships.
