Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team and manage an assigned territory. You will promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals and build strong relationships to influence prescribing decisions.

The role requires at least 2 years in pharmaceutical or related sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance company and product loyalty.
• Utilize defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and maintain customer relationships; customize discussions based on physicians’ needs.
• Must travel as necessary and manage an assigned territory.
