Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
• 5+ years in pharma/health/science industry preferred and a high school diploma/GED required
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; capable of influencing stakeholders
• HCIR credentialing requirements may include background checks, drug screens, immunizations, fingerprinting

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve results
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with customers and solve needs
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and develop disease state experts
