AbbVie in Kentucky is seeking a field-based sales professional to execute brand strategy, manage territory, and build strong relationships with physicians and accounts. You will drive sales performance, meet KPIs, and place patient needs at the center of our efforts.

Candidates should have a background in pharma sales, leadership experience, and ability to operate in a matrix environment. This role requires travel within the territory and compliance with AbbVie's code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; equivalent industry experience may apply.
• At least five years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry, with 3+ years in sales preferred.
• Proven leadership, strong presentation skills, and solid business acumen.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment and adapt selling approaches by customer.
• English language proficiency (verbal and written) preferred for non-English locations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs for win-win outcomes.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence on customer needs, territory landscape, and competitors.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and develop disease state experts.
