Dobbs Truck Group seeks an Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative in Tennessee to grow the aftermarket parts and service business across assigned territories for multiple brands. This role promotes parts, service repair, mobile service, and uptime programs while building lasting relationships with maintenance managers and buyers.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus willingness to travel within the territory and collaborate with Parts,

• Proven experience in heavy-duty truck parts, service, or aftermarket sales.

Responsabilités

• Territory Management and Customer Development: Develop and manage an assigned territory to grow Dobbs Truck Group’s parts and service business with existing and prospective customers.
• Establish relationships with maintenance managers and purchasing contacts to position Dobbs Truck Group as a trusted partner.
• Maintain a structured sales call cadence through in-person visits, phone, and digital engagement.
• Promote and sell All-Makes Parts and Service solutions for mixed fleets.
• Fleet and Strategic Account Engagement: Call on national and regional fleet accounts through coordinated visits and digital engagement.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service, and Truck Sales teams to ensure seamless customer support.
• Work with internal teams to promote fleet programs and service agreements.
