Dobbs Truck Group is a growth company operating 25 commercial truck dealerships across multiple brands, seeking an Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative to grow aftermarket parts and service business within an assigned territory. The role promotes parts, service repair, mobile service, and uptime programs while collaborating with internal teams to increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will develop customer relationships, manage territory potential, and demonstrate systematic selling

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy-duty truck parts, service, or aftermarket sales preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage customer relationships in a territory.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage an assigned territory to grow parts and service business.
• Establish relationships with maintenance managers and purchasing contacts.
• Maintain sales call cadence via in-person visits, phone, and digital channels.
• Maintain accurate account records and opportunity tracking in company systems.
• Identify opportunities to expand market penetration and share of wallet.
• Promote and sell All-Makes Parts and Service solutions to mixed fleets.
• Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management for key accounts.
