Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy‑duty truck parts, service, or aftermarket sales preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory to grow parts and service business.
• Establish relationships with maintenance managers and buyers to position Dobbs Truck Group as a trusted partner.
• Maintain structured sales calls via in-person visits, phone, and digital engagement.
• Coordinate with service advisors to convert opportunities into scheduled repairs.
• Promote All‑Makes Parts and Service solutions to support customers with mixed fleets.
