Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group seeks an Outside Parts & Service Representative to develop and grow aftermarket parts and service business within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with maintenance managers, plan calls, and coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue, promoting parts, service, mobile service, and uptime programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy-duty truck parts, service, or aftermarket sales preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory to grow parts and service business.
• Establish relationships with maintenance managers and purchasing contacts.
• Maintain structured sales calls through in-person visits, phone, and digital engagement.
• Coordinate with service advisors and managers to convert opportunities into scheduled repairs.
• Promote parts, service, mobile service, and uptime programs to customers.
