Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B/C sales, or related roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, book appointments, and develop lasting partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with excellent follow-up abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads and appointments that convert into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, including production/home builders, designers, architects, and developers.
• Present and promote products and solutions to potential partners and clients.
• Negotiate partnership terms and collaboration opportunities to expand business reach.
• Partner with the sales team for smooth handoffs and growth of new accounts.
• Track and manage outreach, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, appointments, and results.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, presentations, and meetings.
