Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B or B2C sales and business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close partnerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with builders, designers, architects is a plus.
• Able to work independently and manage territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Generate leads and appointments that convert into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key partners.
• Present and promote products and solutions to partners and clients.
• Negotiate partnership terms to expand business reach.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoffs and growth.
• Track outreach and opportunities using CRM and spreadsheets.
• Maintain records of activities, appointments, and results.
• Represent the company at networking events and meetings.
