Zinga's is seeking a Strategic Partnerships - Territory Manager to drive growth across our select markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with builders, designers, architects, and developers, and work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or related roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, book appointments and build partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization, self-motivation and results-driven with strong follow-up.
• Experience selling to builders, designers, architects or commercial clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads and set appointments that convert into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
• Present and promote products to potential partners and clients.
• Negotiate terms and collaborations to expand business reach.
• Collaborate with sales team for smooth handoffs and growth of accounts.
• Track outreach and opportunities using CRM and spreadsheets.
• Represent the company at networking events, presentations and meetings.
