Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Sales Representative to grow sales at Lowe's stores across select Georgia locations. You will service territories including Alpharetta, Suwanee, Chamblee, and Sandy Springs, building strong relationships with store staff and customers.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, conduct product trainings, coordinate promotions, and manage stock/display in stores. A background in customer service or sales and a valid driver’s license are required; Spanish skills are

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management and district managers.
• Promote and represent Sherwin-Williams products and strengths to Lowe's associates and customers.
• Utilize CRM to document sales calls and store visits and gather competitor information.
• Conduct contractor events to promote products and increase sales.
• Ensure promotions, pricing and signage are properly displayed in each store.
• Prepare Annual Growth Plan for assigned stores meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Train Lowe's associates in product knowledge, sales, promotions, and equipment use.
