Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Sales Representative to grow sales across Lowe's stores in the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with store teams, promote Sherwin-Williams brands, manage CRM records, and support promotions and trainings.

The role requires travel within the region, including overnight stays, up to 50% of the time. Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer service, retail, or sales, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management and district managers.
• Promote brand and product strengths to Lowe's associates and customers.
• Document sales calls and store visits in CRM.
• Gather competitor intelligence in CRM.
• Conduct contractor events to promote products and increase sales.
• Ensure promotions, pricing and signage are set in each store.
• Prepare Annual Growth Plan for assigned stores to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide training on products, sales, promotions, and equipment for Lowe's associates.
• Assist with tinting/mixing paint as needed.
• Review Sherwin Williams products in departments and ensure stock/display.
• Make sales calls to residential repaint contractors, remodelers, etc., about 10% of weekly time.
• Conduct Profit and Loss reviews including expense tracking.
• Travel within the region up to 50% of the time.
