Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Sales Representative to grow sales at Lowe's in the designated territory through service, training and merchandising. This role will manage 3-5 stores and strengthen relationships with store staff to drive brand performance.

You will conduct promotions, utilize CRM to track activities, and travel up to 50% to support growth and meet objectives, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• At least 1 year in customer service, retail or sales.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends and travel as required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree; Spanish reading/writing helpful.
• Experience selling paint/paint-related products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong selling relationships with store associates and management.
• Promote brand strengths to Lowe's staff and customers.
• Document sales calls and store visits in CRM.
• Gather competitor intelligence in CRM.
• Conduct contractor events to promote products and increase sales.
• Ensure promotions, pricing and signage are correct in each store.
• Prepare Annual Growth Plan for assigned stores meeting sales/profit goals.
• Provide product and sales training to Lowe's associates.
• Assist with tinting/mixing paint as needed.
• Travel within region up to 50%.
