Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Sales Representative to grow sales across assigned Lowe's stores in the territory. You will build relationships with store staff, drive brand initiatives, manage CRM-driven visits, and execute events to boost pro-paint sales.

The role emphasizes promotions, pricing, signage, and annual growth planning, with extensive product training and occasional travel to multiple stores in the region.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management and district managers.
• Promote and represent the Sherwin-Williams brand and product strengths to Lowe's associates and customers.
• Use CRM to document sales calls and store visits; gather competitor intelligence in CRM.
• Conduct contractor events to promote products and increase sales.
• Ensure promotions, pricing and signage are set appropriately in each store.
• Prepare Annual Growth Plan for assigned stores meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Provide product trainings on listed brands to current and new Lowe's associates.
• Assist store associates with tinting/mixing paint as needed.
• Review Sherwin-Williams products in stores for stocking and display.
• Make sales calls to residential re-painters, remodelers and home builders to increase pro-paint sales.
• Conduct Profit and Loss reviews and manage expenses including mistint costs, collateral, travel.
• Travel within assigned region up to 50% of the time.
