Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong selling relationships with store staff and district managers.
• Promote Sherwin-Williams brand and products to Lowe's associates and customers.
• Use CRM to document sales calls and store visits.
• Gather competitor information and log in CRM.
• Conduct contractor events to promote products and grow sales.
• Ensure promotions, pricing, and signage are correct in each store.
• Prepare Annual Growth Plan for assigned stores to meet sales goals.
• Deliver product knowledge, sales, and equipment trainings for staff.
• Assist with tinting/mixing paint as needed.
• Review department products for stocking and display.
• Make occasional sales calls to contractors to boost pro-paint sales.
• Travel within the region up to 50% of the time.
