Dunn-Edwards is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage a diverse California territory, partnering with contractors to sell paints, sundries, and equipment. You will build business relationships, drive territory plans, and hunt for new customers while coordinating with store teams and other departments to maximize market share.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive 50–75% of the work day.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain relationships with Dunn-Edwards clients in the territory.
• Develop and implement an annual territory business plan to grow sales and margin.
• Aggressively pursue new customers and business within the territory.
• Manage every account in the book of business and pursue growth.
• Collaborate with sales support, customer service, and store teams.
• Coordinate with various departments to support sales and service.
• Position Dunn-Edwards as the top supplier for paint products and equipment.
