Job summary

Dunn-Edwards seeks an Outside Sales Representative to manage a diverse Arizona territory, partnering with contractors to sell paint, sundries, and equipment. You will grow the customer base, drive margins, and be the primary business partner delivering high-level service.

The role requires proactive hunting, excellent time management, and coordination with store teams, sales support, and management to maximize market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive 50–75% of the work day.
• Good organization and time management; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with Dunn-Edwards clients in the territory; position the company as a business partner and deliver professional service.
• Develop and implement an annual territory business plan to increase sales and margins.
• Grow territory and market share by proactively acquiring new customers and new business.
• Aggressively work every account in the book of business to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales support, customer service, sales management, and store teams to enhance sales efforts.
