Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a defined territory within the insulation and building products distribution division. The role emphasizes aggressive sales growth, relationship development, and representing the brand with customers and dealers.

You will cover a territory with up to a 250-mile radius, travel up to 75%, and operate in a safety-sensitive position. A strong track record in outside sales and building industry knowledge are essential, with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if using a company vehicle.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Understanding of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business representative for insulation and building products distribution while growing sales and promoting the brand.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting within your territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver effective presentations, negotiate, and communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Process dealer orders, review requests, and manage system-generated acknowledgements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
