You will represent the company, manage existing customers, prospect new business, and promote our brand with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

The role emphasizes independence, relationship-building, and a hustle mindset with uncapped earnings potential. Travel up to 75% is required in a 250-mile radius.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in insulation/building products or related field.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business representative for insulation and building products distribution.
• Grow sales within your territory and promote the brand.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage existing accounts.
